Overview

On the Microsoft Billing and Account Management website, you can:

• View the subscriptions on your account.
• See which card the subscriptions were billed to.
• See your points activity if you have purchased items using Microsoft Points.

You can view your download history on Xbox.com and then go to your console to confirm what you downloaded.

View and print your billing history

1. Go to Microsoft Billing and Account Management, and sign in by using the Windows Live ID that is associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
2. After you sign in, on the left-side navigation bar, click Billing.
3. Under Your payment methods, select the appropriate payment method on file to view charges that are associated with that card.
4. 4. From the Statement Period list, select the month that you want to view or print. (By default, the current month is selected.)
   The billing history for that month will be displayed. If you want more detail about a specific charge, you can select it.
5. To print, click Show Print view.
   A new window will open with that month’s statement, which you can then print from your browser.

View your purchase history on Xbox.com

If you want to retrieve content that is no longer on your Xbox 360 storage device, you can download previously purchased content.

1. Go to Xbox LIVE Marketplace.
2. Click My Account, and then click Purchase History.

View your download history on your console

1. Attach the hard drive or the memory unit to your Xbox 360 console. To learn how, read Store and Move Data.
2. Press the power button to turn on the Xbox 360 console.

   

3. Sign in to Xbox LIVE using the gamer profile that was originally used to download the content.
4. Press the Guide button to go the Xbox Dashboard.

   

5. Go to My Xbox, and select System Settings.
6. Select Account Management.

   

7. Select Download History.

   

8. Your download history displays.
